Abstract

More than 10 years ago Georgian government initiated one of the largestreforms of education system in the history of the country.As known, any kind of changes, especially reforms of this scale require regular monitoring and evaluation of the progress. This is an imperative prerequisite of the success.Ongoing evaluation should provide the system/decision makers with the necessary feedback to adjust correct and better implement planned interventions.

Ia Kutaladze

Ia kutaladze cooperates with CSS since 2012.She has PhD in Psychology from Iv, Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences within the same University. In 2001-2012 she worked at the National Examinations Center as a head of research department. Her research interests are: psychology of organization, human resource management, educational surveys, and psychometrics. IaKutaladze is and author of several publications on the issues of secondary education.
