The paper presents the transformation of human capital management before the Covid-19 pandemic and the post-pandemic period. Modern human resource management is closely correlated with technology, which has acquired an even wider scale under the influence of the pandemic. If before technologies were actively used for talent search, analysis, and recruiting, today there is a complete boom of cloud offices and virtual workspaces. The aim of the paper is to present the importance of human capital (talent analytics) and the development trend before and after the pandemic. The process is a big challenge for companies due to their size and labor productivity large companies are in a more favorable situation.
