Concerns and Corrections

The Journal may examine suspected breaches of academic integrity, including with technical screening tools. The results of such screening are auxiliary; a finding of misconduct requires substantive assessment.

Anyone with information about a possible breach of publication ethics may contact the editorial office at csljournal@cu.edu.ge. The Editorial Board examines the circumstances within a reasonable period and, where necessary, gives the author or another interested person an opportunity to provide an explanation.

If a violation is confirmed, the Editorial Board may take a measure proportionate to its nature and seriousness. This may include refusing publication, suspending the publication process, requiring revision, publishing a correction, or retracting a published work. Where the violation concerns a published manuscript, the Board’s reasoned decision is published on the Journal’s electronic platform or, where necessary, in a subsequent issue.

Authors are responsible for the opinions, assessments, and conclusions expressed in their published work. Such views do not give rise to liability for the Journal, the Editor-in-Chief, or the Editorial Board, except where a violation of publication ethics by the Journal has been established.
