Review and Editorial Decisions

Reviewers must assess manuscripts objectively and impartially, keep review materials confidential, and refrain from using information obtained during review for an improper purpose. A reviewer must promptly inform the Editor-in-Chief of any conflict of interest.

Decisions concerning the review, acceptance, publication, or rejection of a manuscript are based solely on scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and the Journal’s scope. Anyone involved in the process must disclose circumstances that could affect their independence or impartiality. A person with a conflict of interest does not participate in the assessment or publication decision concerning the manuscript.
